​​​​​​​...to buy the freshest and highest quality cakes and cookies at Patsy's Bake Shop in West, Texas. Everything is freshly made to order, never frozen.  Since 1996, I have been making custom made tiered and shaped cakes, as well as decorated cookies. I also make cookie cakes, sheet cakes, cupcakes, and cupcake cakes. 

​​  A deposit is required for each order; otherwise, it will not be made. Only a limited amount of orders are taken for each weekend. I do not hold dates open without an order and a deposit!
