It's worth the drive to Patsy's Bake Shop in West, Texas, to buy the freshest and highest quality cakes and cookies. At Patsy's, everything is freshly made after the order is taken; never frozen. Since 1996, Patsy has been making custom made shaped cakes, cookie cakes, decorated cookies, wedding and groom's cakes. Patsy has been able to create some very unique cakes, cookie cakes, and cookies. She enjoys the challenge of creating personalized made to order cakes and cookies.
All occasion sheet cake and cookie cake orders must be placed at least 1 week or more in advance. Shaped cake, tiered cake and decorated cookie orders must be placed at least 10 days or more in advance. Please place your order early to reserve the date. Wedding cake orders need to be placed 5 to 12 months or more in advance. Wedding consultation by appointment only.
